Laboratoires Ketterthill is pleased to announce that they are now members of the SOMABIO network, the National Network of Independent Laboratories.
The SOMABIO network, the National Network of Independent Laboratories, shares our values in terms of quality, independence and consistency of results across the network.
The network’s standardisation of the latest techniques and laboratory quality procedures launched in 1998, shortly to be made compulsory, are evidence of its commitment to ensuring that patients and doctors receive a high-quality, consistent and reliable service at all times in all the laboratories in the Somabio network.
Somabio’s charter commits biologists to listening and meeting the needs of their patients and health professional partners.
The network’s biologists place their scientific and medical knowledge, sophisticated organisational structure and geographical distribution at the service of their patients using highly effective, sustainable and adaptable systems.
Patients may take advantage of the network’s secure information transfer system which enables patient records to be sent to another member in the network.
Each laboratory in the network is managed by independent clinical pathologists and pharmacist-biologists.
The network itself is led by biologists, each of whom is encouraged to contribute to the network’s activities and direction and its increasingly important relationships with prescribing doctors, and to providing information to and receiving patients.
Independence and the strength derived from being a health- and service-focused professional organisation are the hallmarks of the SOMABIO network.
